This is a close up of a dead tree by my back door. The ice is beautiful. I am praying that we don't loose power this year. We were without last year. I don't think I will ever look at winter storms the same way after that experience.
Yesterday, last night, and today we are getting ice. These are the trees that can be seen in my backyard. The look beautiful with the layer of ice on them.
There isn't much on the ground, just a thin layer. This is the view from my backdoor. I wouldn't walk out any further than the step. Call me chicken or cold. Now if we could only get some snow!
